RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, email us at support@danafashionstore.com within 14 days of delivery and we will reply within 2 business days.

1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

2. CHANGE OF MIND OR SIZE
You may return an unworn, unwashed item with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us first. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be accepted.
- We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Our items ship from our international fulfillment partners, so the return address may be outside the United States. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.
- When the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
As an alternative, we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the item without the cost of sending it back.

3. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Sale and clearance items (final sale), unless damaged, defective or wrong.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or returned without tags.

4. SIZE AND FIT
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizes can differ from standard US sizes.

5. REFUNDS
Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

6. EU CUSTOMERS
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the conditions in section 2.
